I'm an OG of online writing—I blogged for Glamour's "Girls in the Beauty Department" before many people knew what a "blog" was. When our daily posts became wildly popular, I became a little internet-famous—readers recognized me in the NYC subway, and during a homecoming visit to my alma mater. I kept blogging long after I left my staff job at Glamour to go freelance. Publishing twice daily for more than a decade, I contributed more than 3,500 posts (😯 ). I know, that's a LOT—but I love first-person writing, especially the casual, online kind that gets an immediate response. (I also weirdly love tackling awkward or tricky topics.) Still contributing to Glamour and many other sites today, I'm fluent in SEO, Clearscope, CMSes and TMI 😉.
